Unless otherwise specifically indicated by the provider:
• cancellations made by the customer after the specified deadlines will not entitle the customer to any refund;
• In the event of a no-show, delay, or voluntary interruption of the experience by the customer, no full or partial refund will be granted.
Refunds, where due, will be issued exclusively via bank or postal transfer, minus the transfer fee.

• omissions or conduct attributable to third-party suppliers.
By making a booking, the customer accepts that any claims for compensation, complaints or requests for a refund must be addressed directly to the supplier responsible for the service.
4. Delays and no-shows
Once the booking has been confirmed, the customer will receive a voucher containing:
• details of the service booked;
• times;
• meeting point;
• contact details for the local service provider;

• a reduction in the duration of the experience;
• loss of the service;
• application of the provider’s no-show policy;
• no refund.
5. Receipt and verification of vouchers
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the vouchers have been received correctly and to check all the details carefully.
If the voucher is not received at least 24 hours before the experience, the customer must contact Cervia In promptly and, in any event, at least one working day before the scheduled date of the service.
Failure to contact us within these timeframes may result in:
• loss of the booking;
• inability to use the service;
• no refund.
Cervia In cannot be held liable for errors not reported by the customer in good time
6. Changes to bookings

8. Privacy and the processing of personal data (GDPR)
